Does my heart good to see your tree sprouting, snafu. Our spring definitely shows no signs of arrival. Even as I write we are receiving the tail end of the tornados that rampaged through the States. Thankfully only severe high winds, with trees and wires down - not the devastation they received.
Love the photos of your robin - amazing what lengths creatures will go to when they are hungry!
I love corkscrew hazel, but with my small garden I decided on a cascading willow instead. (Which is not the same as a weeping willow apparently).
ReplyDeleteYour robin looks like he's having fun. Maybe he's trying to keep fit! :)

I wondered how Kaybee was doing. Now I know. I do so miss the beautiful English Robin -- and the catkins, tho' we can see those in Boise.
ReplyDeleteRobins really are beautiful birds, and so friendly as well. You got some stunning images!
ReplyDeleteComing back again to say how much I do like the contrast between the tree with snow and then with catkins.
